- We will do the work on your home with no upfront, out of pocket expense.
- We will hold the note for 30 days. If the home has not sold within 30 days a draft payment will be due. We will draft a monthly payment every 30 days until the home sells. Then a balance statement will be sent to the title company to pay the balance.
- This program requires a Deed of Trust to be filed and it will be released once the final balance has been paid. There is a $100 processing fee to start this program. However, there are no interest fees or additional fees required for this program.
